Meet the Doctors

Dr. Saul Lipsman, D.P.M.Saul Lipsman, D.P.M.

Dr. Lipsman graduated from Long Island University and the New York College of Podiatric Medicine with honors. He then completed a 2 year surgical residency program in foot and ankle surgery. He subsequently completed an additional 2 years of training in internal medicine and general orthopedics. He has been published and taught in residency training programs. Dr. Lipsman is Heisboard certified and qualified to treat children, adults, and athletes with foot and ankle disorders, both medically and surgically.

Cason M. Quinn, DPM, AACFASCason M. Quinn, DPM, AACFAS

Dr. Cason Morrisette Quinn is Board Qualified in Foot and Reconstructive/Rearfoot and Ankle (RRA) Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

She is a June 2018 graduate of the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA), New York-Presbyterian/Queens, Flushing, New York.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. Bonaventure University, Olean, New York, in 2008; a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida, in 2010; and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2014.

During her four-year surgical residency, she received extensive training in Reconstructive Surgery, Trauma, and Ankle Arthroscopy. She was also involved in research, serving as primary investigator and contributor, and has been published in peer-reviewed journals. A continuing research interest includes improvement of patient functional outcomes after traumatic injuries.

While earning her Master's degree, she worked as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor for the Histology Department at Barry University's School of Podiatric Medicine and Biomedical Science Graduate Program.

Dr. Quinn has been the recipient of various academic honors, including a Barry University award for Outstanding Biomechanics/Orthopedics, and was inducted into the National Pi Delta Podiatry Honors Society in 2014. She is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and the New York State Podiatric Medical Association (NYSPMA).

Dr. Quinn was born in Norfolk, Virginia. She attended high school in Richmond, Virginia, where she participated in various academic, athletic, and community service activities, including four years in Track & Field and Cross Country. During her second year at S. Bonaventure, she ran for the Division I Women's Cross Country Team.

When not working, Dr. Quinn enjoys spending time with her husband and cooking.
